Bermuda Omnibus Survey Starts Tonight

June 13, 2022

Some local residents can expect to receive calls starting this evening [June 13] as Narrative Research Bermuda will be conducting their Q2 Bermuda Omnibus Survey.

A spokesperson said, “Narrative Research Bermuda would like to let all residents of Bermuda know that we are going into field with our Q2 Bermuda Omnibus Survey this evening Monday June 13th, 2022.

“The Bermuda Omnibus is a quarterly telephone survey that covers a diverse array of timely issues in such areas as local social issues, employment, economics, politics and lifestyle trends.

“The surveys are conducted using CATI technology and utilise state-of-the-art research methods, in accordance with the highest standards established for the research industry.

“The calls are placed locally from 497 4558 and the numbers called are generated using RDD [Random Digit Dialling], and as such, there may be a slight delay of up to 3 seconds after you answer as your call is routed through to one of our professionally trained interviewers. Narrative Research Bermuda adheres to the highest international research standards and ensures that all participants remain anonymous.

“We will also be going into field with the Bermuda Voice panel later this week. Bermuda Voice is an online panel that seeks the input of residents on a variety of topics.

“Many people don’t realize how much telephone and online surveys, focus groups, and secret shoppers impact the services and products we use in our everyday lives.

“It’s common for companies to use market research before releasing their service or product to gain a better perspective on what their consumers need, in turn allowing the company to tailor goods and services which results in a better service or product for you – the customer.
