Health Council: Public Health Survey Reminder
The Bermuda Health Council is reminding the public to sign up by September 5 to take part in the public health survey.
A spokesperson said, “Thank you for your participation in aiding to enhance the Bermuda healthcare system. We are getting closer to reaching our goal, but are seeking 255 more participants to sign up by 5th September.
“The mission of the Bermuda Health Council is to regulate, coordinate and enhance the delivery of health services in Bermuda. The Health Council works to fulfill its mission in a variety of ways with one of those being working with community groups, organizations and those who have interest in public health and social change.
“As a reminder, this first study being conducted will help us to understand what Bermuda’s residents are really looking to achieve through their own health and our health system.
“Here are a few important reminders you need to know before getting started:
- This survey is a 30-45 minute phone interview open by invitation only.
- Qualified participants will receive an $18 voucher for their contribution.
- This study is being conducted in collaboration with the University of West Indies.
- The study is completely voluntary and anonymous.
