Video: Lana Young Interviewed On Red Carpet
Lana Young was interviewed on the red carpet in Toronto during the screening of ‘A Jazzman’s Blues,’ a Tyler Perry film that the Bermudian actress appears in.
The Toronto International Film Festival [TIFF] premiered the film yesterday [Sept 11], with a subsequent release set for Netflix on September 23.
The TIFF website said,”A heartbreaking tale of forbidden love lays secreted within a tantalizing murder mystery spiked with a series of dazzling musical numbers, in writer-director Tyler Perry’s long-gestating passion project.
“Featuring songs by Spike Lee collaborator Terence Blanchard, choreography by the legendary Debbie Allen, and music by composer Aaron Zigman, A Jazzman’s Blues is a testament to Black American music, resilience, and storytelling.”
The actress has already appeared in a myriad of shows and films including NCIS New Orleans, the Vampire Diaries, The Inspectors, Kevin Can Wait, Jessica Jones, Blindspot, Satisfaction, Nashville, Law & Order, Beginners, Southpaw, The Girl on the Train and more.
