Ball Hockey: Positive Image & Appleby Win
A Bermuda Ball Hockey Winter League double header at the PCC Hockey Rink produced 19 goals on the night.
Hamilton Princess 4 – Positive Image Dental 7
In the opener, Positive Image Dental defeated the Hamilton Princess 7 – 4. Positive Image Dental scored two goals in the first period, added another two goals in the second period, and then scored three goals in the third period, while the Hamilton Princess scored all four of their goals in the third period.
Positive Image Dental got three goals off the stick of James Amaral. Noah Viera added two goals, and Christopher Merritt and Mathieu Desjardins both scored a goal each. Michael Travis scored two goals for Hamilton Princess, while Kevin Albrecht and Adrien Faucher added a goal each.
Spine and Sport 1 – Appleby 7
In the nightcap, Appleby defeated Spine and Sport 7 – 1.
Shannon Gosse and Christopher Jackson both scored twice to lead Appleby to victory, with Matt Katzsch, Chris Cairns, and Ryan Marshall all adding a goal each. Will Walker scored the lone goal for Spine and Sport.
