Chare Smith and his Kyabram Fire Brigade Cricket Club teammates continued competing in the John McMahon Shield A Grade League against Moama Cricket Club in Australia.
Moama Cricket Club won the toss and elected to bat, they scored 177/8 in their allotted 45 overs, Fraser Buchanan was their top scorer with 47, while Brenton Campbell returned figures of 7-0-35-3 to lead Kyabram Fire Brigade in the bowling attack, Smith finished with figures of 9-0-39-2.
In reply, Kyabram Fire Brigade scored 178/5 in 41.1 overs, Paul Newman was the top scorer with 73, Smith did not bat, while Russell Stockdale was the pick of the Moama Cricket Club bowlers with figures of 9-1-20-2.
