Williamson Breaks Another Swimming Record

Sam Williamson was back in action competing in the Swim England National Winter Championships where he is representing Bath University in the UK.

Williamson swam the boy’s 100m breaststroke preliminaries swimming a personal best time of 1:03.53 which put him in the junior final. Williamson clocked 1:02.70 in the junior final finishing 6th, this new time breaks the Bermuda 17-18 boy’s age group record set in 2001 by Graham Smith.

Williamson was then straight back in the pool for the boy’s 200 individual medley preliminaries swimming another personal best time of 2:05.27 which earned him a place in the junior final. Williams swam another personal best of 2:04.40 finishing in 8th place in the final breaking the Bermuda 17-18 boy’s age group record.
