Desmond & Ingham Compete In Championships
The Atlantic 10 Swimming & Diving Championships in the U.S. saw two Bermuda swimmers – Brian Desmond and Caleb Ingham — in action for two separate teams.
It came to a close with Brian Desmond and his Fordham men’s swimming & diving teammates finishing fifth out of eight teams, and Caleb Ingham and his La Salle University men’s swimming & diving teammates finished 7th.
Ingham finished 33rd competing in the men’s 100 yard butterfly touching the wall in a time of 52.86, and he finishing 24th in the men’s 100 yard freestyle.
Clocking a time of 1:44.02 saw Desmond finish 35th in the men’s 200 yard freestyle. He also finished 24th competing in the men’s 100 yard backstroke with a time of 51.39, and during the men’s 200 yard backstroke, Desmond finished 19th in 1:51.48.
