KPMG Releases 2023/24 Budget Snapshot
KPMG in Bermuda provided a “Budget Snapshot and its perspective on key items discussed in the Budget Statement.”
A spokesperson said, “Premier David Burt presented the 2023/24 budget on Friday, February 17, 2023. The budget speech highlighted the Government’s goal of achieving balanced and sustainable economic growth for Bermuda. However, he warned of the backdrop of continuing global economic uncertainty whereby Bermuda is not immune to the socio-economic challenges that have plagued the world – the war in Ukraine, supply chain disruptions, inflation, and rising interest rates, all while still recovering from the impact of Covid-19. Following the Premier’s statement, KPMG in Bermuda provides a Budget Snapshot and its perspective on key items discussed in the Budget Statement.”
