Ball Hockey: BDA Spirits & Liberty Mutual Win
A double-header took place at the PCC Hockey Rink in the latest round of the Bermuda Ball Hockey League, which saw 13 goals scored.
BDA Spirits 2 – Alexandra Mosher 1
The opening match needed a shoot-out to decide a winner with BDA Spirits edging Alexandra Mosher 2 – 1.
BDA Spirits took the lead in the first period when Mathieu Lorrain scored, Alexandra Mosher equalized in the third period with JM Tremblay finding the back of the net, and Chad Cundliffe scored the BDA Spirits winner in the Shoot-Out.
Frontier 3 – Liberty Mutual 7
In the nightcap, Liberty Mutual defeated Frontier 7 – 3; they got four goals from Marcel Bouwens, Jake Fenske added two goals and Jon Talbot added the other.
Ross Rufiange scored twice for Frontier, with Joel Neal adding the other.
