‘Keys To The Rock’ Launches Season 2
Keys to the Rock [K2TR], a Bermuda real estate podcast hosted by industry professionals Daniel Woods and Ben Rego, is aiming to “educate the Bermuda public about all things real estate,” with the premiere of season two recently released.
A spokesperson said, “Keys to the Rock is Bermuda’s only real estate podcast, hosted by industry professionals Daniel Woods and Ben Rego. Each month they release a new episode that explores a different real estate related topic and features various guest speakers throughout the industry that provide their unique experiences, techniques, tips, solutions, and answers to frequently asked questions.
“Our main objective is to educate the Bermuda public about all things real estate and to fill the existing educational gap regarding real estate in Bermuda.
“Here we feature Keys To Mortgages, with Kareem James, Senior Relationship Manager from Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd.
“We discuss the role banks play when applying for mortgages. Additionally, Kareem shares valuable details regarding the Government Guarantee Program currently on offer. Kareem also provides the podcast with of all the latest figures and answers to the most frequently asked banking questions.
