Workplace Mediation Workshop On May 16th
An intensive workshop covering workplace mediation procedures will include details of the proposed expansion of Westminster mandatory mediation programmes.
A spokesperson said, “Workplace Mediation: Practical Considerations for Human Resource Professionals, Business Owners and Community Leaders will be held on Tuesday, 16th May 2023 from 10:00 am until 2:30pm at the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club on Point Finger Road. A [working] light lunch will be served. Attendees should arrive at 09:45am to commence promptly at 10:00 am.

The mediator guides the parties through the communication and resolution process, potentially eliminating the need for punitive & legal interventions.
