Sandcastle Created Of King Charles III
In addition to all the pomp and pageantry at the Coronation in London this weekend, the newly crowned King Charles III was the subject of a more sandy tribute, with a sand sculpture replica of the King created on a Bermuda beach.
The Bermuda Sandcastle Competition posted the photos below online, saying, “Well Ladies and Gents… it finally happened. Prince Charles was officially crowned King. Poor man had been waiting a long time. After today’s tribute build at Grape Bay, I’m just happy to have Monday off! I hope you all enjoy the long weekend too…and long live the King!”

Impressed.
Very well done!
Amazing and a work of true art. Hopefully pictures of this sculpture will be sent to the King who would appreciate its accuracy and use of sand.
God save the king, proud to see the union jacks flying in Bermy today!
It’s only a Union Jack if it’s on a boat. Otherwise is the Union Flag.
Point of order.
Thank you for sharing ❤️
Who created it? Nice work!
Awesome. Thank you!
