Corporation Win Backyard 2023 Cricket Opener
The Bermuda Police Backyard Cricket League kicked off the second season with the defending champions Bermuda Hospital Board falling by 7 wickets to the Corporation of Hamilton.
After winning the toss the Bermuda Hospital Board scored 109/3 in their allotted 15 overs, Rushaine Murphy was the top scorer with 43, while Lateef Trott was the pick of the Corporation of Hamilton bowlers with figures of 3-0-8-1.
In reply Trott would lead the Corporation of Hamilton to victory scoring 40 as they scored 113/3 in 18.5 overs, Murphy was the pick of the Bermuda Hospital Board bowlers with figures of 3-0-20-2.
