May 21: Court Street Market Bermuda Day Edition
The merchants of Court Street will host their Court Street Market Bermuda Day Edition on Sunday [May 21] from 1.00pm to 6.00pm.
One of the organizers, Mr. Gary Augustus, said that this is their first market for the 2023 season and it “will be around a Bermuda Day Theme with entertainment such as St. George’s and PHC Majorettes, Lady Tyson who will be singing. We will also have games and races for the adults and children.
“Since our Easter Market was cancelled because of the weather we will use our Easter Eggs filled with prizes. So for every 25.00 you spend at the market, you will get a chance to win a TV, air fryer, toaster oven, and many more prizes, plus you get to pick one Easter Egg that also might have a prize in it or a discount at one of the stores in the area, but every egg has a prize.
“So come out this Sunday and bring a chair as we kick off the Court Street Market from 1pm to 6om. The next market will be June 19th, just in time for Carnival. We would like to thank the BEDC, the Corporation of Hamilton, our prize sponsors, and the participating merchants and vendors for making this happen.”
