Tennis: Bermuda Defeat Panama In Davis Cup
Bermuda picked up a 3 – 0 win against Panama on the final day of Group stages in the Davis Cup tournament at the Club Internacional de Tenis, Asuncion, in Paraguay.
Starting the day off, Trey Mallory defeated Luis Ching in straight sets 6-3, 6-0.
Daniel Phillips then took to the court and defeated Luis Gomez in straight sets 6-2, 6-1.
The Doubles team of James Finnigan and Gavin Manders then made it a clean sweep defeating Guillermo Pinilla and Chad Valdes 6-4, 6-4.
