Minors, who missed the USATF Bermuda Grand Prix and the Bermuda Half-Marathon Derby last month, is building towards the Central American and Caribbean Games in San Salvador, El Salvador, which starts on Friday [June 26].
“My recovery has been going well,” Minors told Bernews. “It was a perfect meet to return to – a very low-key, stress-free environment.
“I’m so pleased with where we are. I didn’t lose as much as we thought in fitness, but I still have work to do before the CAC Games and the remainder of the summer.”
Minors is scheduled to race in San Salvador on July 6.
