Preparations are being made for the King’s Birthday Garden Party, which Governor Rena Lalgie and Jacob Hawkins will host at Government House.
Government House posted the photos online below, and said, “Preparations are being made for the Garden Party today in honour of His Majesty The King’s 75th birthday, which Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Jacob Hawkins will host at Government House.
“Thanks to the Parks Department and the Corporation of Hamilton for all their hard work and contributions to this event. Her Excellency gave a special thanks to the Garden Club of Bermuda for volunteering every year to help transform the gardens and terraces into a beautiful backdrop with elegant floral arrangements for this event.
“Bunting featuring the flags of both Bermuda and the United Kingdom will add to the celebratory atmosphere.”
