Argus: No Share Repurchases In June 2023
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Argus Group Holdings Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of June 2023 the company has not repurchased any shares.
The company said, “Further, we can confirm that Argus repurchased 92,179 shares, at an average price of $6.08 per share, of its 150,000 shares authority for the 2022-23 year.”
