CAC Update: Bowling, Track & Hockey
Bermuda’s bowlers came ninth in the men’s quintet event at the Central American and Caribbean Games in San Salvador, El Salvador, yesterday [July 4].
The island’s team of David Maycock, Dayvon Tucker, Damien Matthews, Dennis Joell, Lamar Richardson and Carl Reid finished with 2,323 pins.
Meanwhile, Caitlyn Bobb finished seventh in her 400 metres semi-final heat in 55.73sec. She did not qualify for the final.
The Bermuda women’s hockey team face Puerto Rico in a seventh-eighth-classification match today in Santo Domingo, the Dominican Republic, to determine their final place in the tournament.
