Bermuda’s young entrepreneurs gathered on the lawn of City Hall last Friday to promote their businesses to the public.
The BEDC’s Summer Student Entrepreneur Program [SSEP] helps young entrepreneurs bring their passions to life with some coaching and cash.
The launch event allowed the teens to showcase their products and services.
The Summer Student Entrepreneur Program takes place over eight weeks and is designed to develop young Bermudians into the island’s next wave of entrepreneurs. The selected participants will learn practical business skills like earning revenue, creating a business plan, and conducting a SWOT analysis. The students get start-up cash to get their business off the ground and weekly money for attending their check-in meetings.
Below are some of the entrepreneurs in their own words.
