Aug 21 – Sept 30: Lane Closure In Devonshire
The Ministry of Public Works advised that “excavation and cable pulling will be taking place along Palmetto Road, Old Military Road and Frog Lane in Devonshire and will require a lane closure.”
A Government spokesperson said, “The lane closure will commence on Monday, August 21st, 2023, and will be completed approximately by September 30th, 2023.
“The excavation and cable pulling shall take place during construction working hours from 7:00 am through to 6:00 pm daily.
“Motorists are advised to use alternative routes via North Shore Road or Middle Road as a detour this.
“Traffic control will be managed by Island Construction representatives through cones, stop and go signs and temporary traffic signals.
“The Ministry of Public Works encourages the full cooperation of the public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.
