A police spokesperson said, “On Thursday, August 3rd and Friday, August 4th, the two days of Cup Match, there will be a heightened police presence outside Wellington Oval grounds, St. George’s.

“Officers will be deployed to patrol Wellington Slip Road to deter vehicles parking in contravention of the traffic notice issued by the Ministry of Public Works advising the closure of the roadway between the hours of 9:00am and 9:00pm on both days of Cup Match.
