David Pugh Retires From BAS Board Of Directors
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Bermuda Aviation Services Limited, announces that effective September 14th, 2023, Mr. David W. Pugh has retired from its Board of BAS.
“Ms. Gail M. Miller, who is currently the Deputy Chairman will act in the capacity of Chairman until the next AGM scheduled for November 30th, 2023 at which time a new Chairman will be elected by the shareholders,” the filing said.
