Kinika demonstrated that she has an awareness of client’s needs and concerns, by paying attention to details and showing great communication skills with clients and colleagues.

Brad Adderley commented, “Kinika has been an absolute delight to mentor – she is passionate, enthusiastic and always smiling. Her positive energy, thirst to learn and to grow has been wonderful to see. I look forward to mentoring Kinika over the next year as she completes her final year of our trainee programme.
