Man Arrested For Possession Of Firearm
A 24-year-old man has been arrested “after he was found to be in possession of a firearm and ammunition as well as a quantity of suspected illegal drugs,” the police confirmed.
A police spokesperson said, “Following the execution of a warrant at the suspect’s residence, a number of items believed to have been stolen along with drug equipment and an amount of suspected illegal drugs were recovered.
“The suspect remains in police custody and a court appearance is anticipated. No further information will be provided at this time.”
