Jacob Madeiros Scores 4 Goals On Weekend
Bermudian Jacob Madeiros continues to shine on the soccer field, scoring four goals over the weekend — three goals on Saturday and one goal on Sunday — bringing his season tally to 11.
A spokesperson said, “Bermudian Jacob Madeiros continues his fine scoring form with four goals over the weekend to take his tally to 11 and leading goal scorer in the league.
“Jacob is currently playing with his club, the 2005/06 Bluffton Rush team. The team traveled to Charleston on Saturday were they dominated James Island by 8 to 0, with Jacob scoring three goals.
“On Sunday the team traveled to Florence, SC where they took on undefeated Florence FC.
Jacob scored the only goal of the game which put them into 1st place. The team travel to Statesboro on Saturday to take on Tormenta FC.”
