Temporary Road Closure: Horseshoe Road
Horseshoe Road – from West Avenue to Scenic Heights Pass — will be closed for a neighborhood block party on Saturday, November 4th, 2023, from 2pm to midnight.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform the public that Horseshoe Road from West Avenue to Scenic Heights Pass will be closed for a neighbourhood Block party.
“The Block party will take place on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 commencing from 2 pm until midnight [12 am].
“Motorists are advised to use detour routes via West Avenue or Scenic Heights Pass and to follow the Field Marshals’ instructions. Traffic controls will be under the direction of the Block Party representatives.
“If you have any queries regarding this event, please contact Mr Shawn Simons, the event coordinator, at #333- 3603. The Ministry of Public Works encourages the full cooperation of the public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.”
