Police Appeal: Help Locate 16-Year-Old [Found]
[Updated] The police said they are “seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Leightonia Jahzara Griffiths.”
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Leightonia Jahzara Griffiths.
“Bermudian National, Griffiths, is described as being 5’ 4” in height, light brown complexioned, approximately 110lb, slim built, with dark brown hair worn in short dreadlocks.
“She was last seen around 2:00 a.m. today, Friday, November 24th, 2023, in the area of Benny’s Bay Road, Sandys Parish.
“It’s not known what she was wearing at the time but she may be riding a blue Peugeot Speedfighter auxiliary cycle, registration number, 233 AS.
“Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Leightonia Jahzara Griffiths is asked to call the main police number, 295-0011.”
Update 10.32am: A police spokesperson: “The Bermuda Police Service thanks the public for their assistance in locating 16-year-old Leightonia Jahzara Griffiths. She has since returned home.”
