Golf: 2023 Goodwill Tournament Day 3 Results
The third and final round of the Goodwill Golf Tournament saw participants in action across three of Bermuda’s golf courses.
Belmont Hills Golf Club
The Seawatch Golf Club team of Dwayne Pearman, Nittin Aggawal, Ian Page and Geoff Piggott had the low net of the day with a 12-under par 58, Damian Palayandi from the Port Royal Golf Course 2 team had the longest drive on 12, Kathy Lloyd Hines from the Tucker Point Club was closest to the pin on 17, while the pro stableford points winner on the course was Mike Ballo with 27 points representing Westchester Country Club 1.
Port Royal Golf Course
With a low net round of 10-under par 61 saw the Mid Ocean Club 2 team of Ryan Roberts, Allan Marshall, Glenn Clinton and Gus Hengesbaugh as the course leaders on the day, the longest drive was by Marty Cairns on the 5th hole representing Donaldo Club 2, Paul McGrath was closest to the pin on 13 representing Donaldo Club 1, and Peter Ballo representing Connecticut Golf Club 2 was the pro stableford points winner on the course with 26 Points.
Mid Ocean Club
The Long Boat Key Club 2 of Jack O’Hara, Chris Fullerton, Nick Jones and Edwin Faries had the low net score on the course of 10-under par 61, the longest drive on 15 came off the club of Bill Sullivan from Scioto Country Club, with Jeff Carlson from Aspen Glenn Golf Club closest to the pin on 17, and Jack O’Hara was the pro stableford points winner with 17 points representing Long Boat Key Club.
