Boxer Andre Lambe To Host Golf Fundraiser

Boxer Andre Lambe will host the inaugural Showtime Classic golf tournament at the Port Royal Golf Course on January 20 to help fund his preparations and travel costs for upcoming overseas fights.
Lambe, who has won all ten professional bouts, is scheduled to fight in Texas early next year.
The 28-year-old, who goes by the moniker “Showtime” said funds raised will also go towards the Team Showtime Back-To-School Drive, which includes school supplies and free haircuts this summer.
“With receiving the news that we will be fighting internationally early next year 2024, my team and I will be honoured to have the support of everyone who comes out and participates,” Lambe wrote on Instagram.
“The donations will help fund our preparations leading up to the fight and travel.”
Lambe added: “We plan to make [the Team Showtime Back-To-School Drive] an annual event.”
The golf tournament, which features a captain’s choice format and four to a team, costs $150 per player, including a golf cart, green fees, dinner prize, gift bags and a presentation at Bella Vista Bar and Grill.
