A spokesperson said, “My Bermuda Reset was a two-day mastermind symposium and beach walk event focused on health and wellness. The event featured panels, education, and interactive sessions that offered practical advice for attendees to reset their well-being.
“The beach walk offered a chance for participants to connect with nature while learning about the benefits of outdoor activities for overall health. The event was an excellent opportunity for people to learn about different strategies for managing their mental and physical health and how to integrate them into their daily routines.
“All delegates can rest assured that their participation is also contributing to the healthcare space and Bermuda’s third sector [charity].
