Bank Of Butterfield Notice Of Share Ownership
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, The Bank of N.T Butterfield & Son Limited provided notice of shareholder ownership over 5%.
The notice said, “Pursuant to BSX Regulation 6.14 [2] [ii] we write to notify the BSX that the following shareholders now hold 5% or more of the Bank’s outstanding ordinary shares:
- Blackrock Inc – 5.8%
- FMR LLC – 5.7%
