Bermuda Lose To Kuwait By Five Wickets
Bermuda played another match in the ICC Cricket World Cup Challenge League Play-off, losing their final group A game to Kuwait by five wickets today [February 26].
Opener Terryn Fray continued his fine form, scoring 50, including two fours, off 86 balls, with Derrick Brangman contributing an unbeaten 32 lower down the order and captain Delray Rawlins hitting 31.
Sayed Monib enjoyed a five-wicket haul for Kuwait, conceding 40 from his allotted the overs.
In reply, Kuwait chased down the required total from 48 overs, with opener Mee Bhavsar scoring 101, including five fours and two sixes, off 131 balls. Mohammad Amin scored a valuable 39 in the middle order.
Derrick Brangman produced the best bowling figures for Bermuda, claiming one for 38 with his slow left-arm spin.
