Butterfield Group Set Up DE&I Council
The Butterfield Group has established its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council [DE&I] to help chart the path forward to create an inclusive and welcoming culture.
Comprised of 11 employees from across different geographies, business functions, and levels of seniority, the DE&I Council will continue to drive the company’s plans, ideas, and actions.
Chaired by Tashla Reynolds in the Cayman Islands, the council members include Craig Bridgewater [Bermuda], Kimberly Knowles-Cartwright [Bahamas], Karim Chowdhury [Bermuda], Andreia De Barros [Jersey], Rhonda Joy [Bermuda], Radhika Madar [UK deputy chairman, Kim E. Morgan-Carvalho [Switzerland], James Olliver [Guernsey], George Soo [Singapore] and Joy Ybanez [Canada].
