Caitlyn Bobb Wins Performer Of Week Again
Caitlyn Bobb was named the Track Performer of the Week by the America East Conference for the second time this season.
The Bermudian athlete competes for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and their report said, “For the second time this season, the America East Conference tabbed Caitlyn Bobb as the Track Performer of the Week.

“Bobb produced the Darius Dixon Invitational’s biggest highlight for the Retrievers as she broke the school record in the 500 meters. Her mark of 1:12.23 was the best by a collegiate runner [second overall in the race] in Lynchburg and broke Paulette Fogle’s time of 1:12.78 in 2015. Heading into the league championships, she is ranked No. 1 in the 400m and 500m and No. 2 in the 200m. The junior also earned #AETF honors on January 30.”
