CURB To Host Annual Tag Day On March 21st

Citizens Uprooting Racism in Bermuda [CURB] will hold its annual Tag Day on March 21 “in alignment with the International Day of the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.”

A spokesperson said, “Citizens Uprooting Racism in Bermuda, a registered charity [#768], is gearing up for its annual Tag Day on Thursday, March 21, 2024, in alignment with the International Day of the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. As a dedicated non-Governmental organization, CURB is steadfast in its mission to identify and dismantle racism in all its manifestations, addressing its impact on our community. Notably, CURB leads the initiative on restorative practice in Bermuda, focusing on building community and restoring relationships.

“In our ongoing efforts to support these crucial initiatives, we kindly seek volunteers to engage in tagging. This will enable us to receive contributions from the generous public, fostering awareness and support for anti-racism.

    If and when the shoe is on the other foot let’s see if organizations like this are still for “its mission to identify and dismantle racism in “all” its manifestations.”

    LOL hard to trust organizations that will never meet it’s stated goal as they ask for handouts.
