Burrows & Virginia State Edge Winston-Salem
Alexcie Burrows and her Virginia State University women’s tennis teammates continued their strong start picking up a 4 – 3 win over Winston-Salem State University.
Burrows and Jayce Gaither defeated Brooke Higgins, and Iyana Nickens in the number 2 doubles spot 6-0, 6-0.
Burrows would then defeat Nickens 7-5, 6-1 in the number 4 singles spot.
