De Waal Nigrini Promoted To Associate At MJM
MJM Limited has promoted De Waal Nigrini to the position of associate within their Corporate and Finance team.
A spokesperson said, “Internationally recognized law firm, MJM Limited, is delighted to announce that De Waal Nigrini has been promoted to associate on the Corporate and Finance team.
“De Waal is dual-qualified having been admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2017 and admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2023. De Waal joined MJM in May 2019 as a paralegal.”
He said “I am excited to start the next phase of my career as an associate. This promotion is the culmination of years of hard work and dedication, and I am eager to carry the lessons I have learned into this new role. I wish to thank the incredible team for their unwavering support and guidance.”
The spokesperson said, “De Waal continues his work as a member of the firm’s Corporate and Finance team where his practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, banking and finance and mergers and acquisitions and he specializes in drafting all manner of corporate and commercial agreements.”
