Polaris Holding Maintain Dividend Payout
Polaris Holding Company announced that they will maintain its fourth quarter dividend for shareholders of record.
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Polaris said, “Following last quarters capital investment in heavy equipment for Stevedoring Services Limited and the East End Asphalt Company Limited [EEA], in December parent Polaris Holding Company Ltd., took EEA’s plant offline for routine maintenance, which ended up extending until early February and as such planned work and revenue was deferred.
“In keeping with its conservative approach, the Company will maintain its fourth quarter dividend for shareholders of record March 18, 2024, at last quarters five cents per share distribution. Polaris CEO, Mr. Randy Rochester, advised fiscal 2025’s dividends are anticipated to return to ten cents per share per quarter effective June 30, 2025.”
