The Bermuda national team will look to finish the Fifa Series with a pair of wins when they face Guinea at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, tomorrow [March 25].

Bermuda opened their campaign with a 2-0 win over Brunei Darussalam at the same venue on Friday thanks to late goals from Aunde Todd and Djair Pariff-Williams.

Midfielder Todd broke the deadlock in the 81st minute with a header from a Zeiko Lewis corner before winger Parfitt-Williams curled in a superb effort in the 88th minute.

“It was a good experience and a different environment coming to Saudi,” Todd told Fifa+. “Overall, I think it was a good performance by my team.

“I thought we started slowly, but we eventually picked up pace and momentum towards the end and scored two goals.”

Guinea are ranked 76th in the Fifa world rankings, 95 places above Bermuda in 171st place.

The Fifa Series is a pilot project launched to provide international friendly matches between teams from different federations who do not usually get opportunities to play each other.

The inaugural edition features five different series, taking place across five host countries.

Tomorrow’s game kicks off at 5 pm Bermuda time.
