Video: Jacob Madeiros Scores For May River
Bermudian footballer Jacob Madeiros helped May River Varsity team continue their perfect start to the season by scoring a brace in a 3-2 win over Hilton Head on Friday [March 8].
Madeiros, who was part of the Bermuda Under-20 squad at the recent Concacaf Under-20 Championship qualifiers in St Kitts and Nevis, curled in a superb free kick for May River.
The attacking midfielder captains May River in Bluffton, South Carolina, and was named MVP last season and bestowed with All-State and All-Region honours.
May River face James Island away on Tuesday.
