BFA Attends FIFA Congress In Bangkok
Several delegates from the Bermuda Football Association [BFA] attended the 74th FIFA Congress in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday [May 17].
Mark Wade, the BFA president, David Sabir, the general secretary, and treasurer Ray Jones attended the event, where Brazil was announced as the host of the tenth Women’s World Cup in 2027, becoming the first South American nation to host the tournament.
Mia Fishel, who plays for Chelsea Women and the United States women’s national team, was among the star guests at the Congress.
Fishel, whose father is Bermudian, conducted several interviews and attended the FIFA delegates match.
