Tyler Smith Places 26th In Uzebekistan
Bermudian triathlete Tyler Smith finished 26th in the men’s elite race at the World Triathlon Cup Samarkand in Uzbekistan today [May 18].
Smith completed the standard-distance course [1,500-metres swim, 37.5-kilometre bike and 10km run] in 1hr 45min 47sec.
His splits were 18:29, 52:26 and 33:50.
Connor Bentley, of Britain, won the race in 1:41:51, with Yanis Seguin, of France, second in 1:42:02 and Jonas Schomburg, of Germany, third in 1:42:03.
