Bermuda Finish 6th In Davis Cup In Paraguay
Bermuda took on Costa Rica in their 5th to 6th place play-off match in Davis Cup action in Paraguay, and while they were defeated 2-0, they finished 6th overall and remained in Group III.
Trey Mallory led off for Bermuda, competing against Rodrigo Piedra. Mallory put up a spirited fight but ultimately lost with scores of 6-1, 6-4.
Following him, Tariq Simons represented Bermuda, facing Christian Winstead. Simons battled through each set but was defeated 6-3, 7-5 in straight sets.
