[Updated] Clara Mohammed School recently held its STEM Fair, showcasing innovative projects and engaging presentations by students, highlighting their achievements in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Update: A spokesperson said, “Clara Mohammed School, Bermuda held it’s 24th Annual Science Fair. In an effort to have CMS students realize the power and potential they hold as producers of world products, instead of only consumers , the decision was made two years ago to upgrade the Science Fair to a STEM Fair!
During the week ,CMS students explored the four components of STEM .

Science – students extracted the DNA of a strawberry .
Technology-students used the StopMotion app to create a mini movie.
Engineering-students designed a glider.
Math- students enjoyed playing Math games and puzzles.

“Student Project Presentations: Students in P1-P3 conducted experiments using the Scientific Method .

Zubi Shukri 2nd place
Moonah Abdul Jabbar 3rd place

“Students in P4-P6 used the Engineering Design Process and were given the challenge to – Invent for Good . To create an invention that makes a difference in someone else’s life.
