Boys And Conyers Shine In Cycling Race
Matt Boys and Caitlin Conyers were the top male and female finishers in the VT Construction Road Race yesterday [June 2].
Boys and Conyers, who claimed the men’s and women’s titles in the recent Sinclair Packwood Memorial Race, represent Winners Edge.
Boys won the A category in 2hr 00min 55sec; meanwhile, Conyers finished third in the B category, racing predominantly against male riders, in 2:02:41.
Stephen Ryan, of Bermuda Rouleurs Cycling Club, claimed victory in the B category in 2:01:28.
In the C category, Nicole Mitchell, of Winners Edge, was the top finisher in 1:36:47, and her team-mate Skye Ferguson won the women’s category in 1:55:31.
