Ball Hockey: Devil’s Hole & North Rock Win
The Bermuda inline ball hockey season resumed with a doubleheader at the PCC Hockey Rink which produced 25 goals.
Sinky Bay Sea Turtles 5 Devil’s Hole Diablos 6
In the opener, the Devil’s Hole Diablos edged the Sinky Bay Sea Turtles 6 – 5.
The Devil’s Hole Diablos got 4 goals from Marcel Bouwens, with Tom Miller adding the other two. Max Bovin and Rob Osborne scored two goals each for the Sinky Bay Sea Turtles, while Derek Winch added the other.
North Rock Beacons 12 Smiths Storm 2
In the nightcap, the North Rock Beacons defeated the Smiths Storm 12 – 2.
Ryan Wilson would find the back of the net 5 times for the North Rock Beacons, Chris Lemieux, and Alex Larouche both added two goals each, with Chris Gantier, Richard Campbell and Ryan Bates all adding a goal each.
Mike Malott scored the two goals for the Smiths Storm.
