The Bermuda Ball Hockey Winter League continued at the PCC Hockey Rink with two matches producing a combined 20 goals.
Spine & Sport 1 Hamilton Princess 6
Hamilton Princess defeated Spine & Sport 6–1.
Jeremie Faucher and Jean-Michael Tremblay scored in the opening period to give Hamilton Princess an early lead. Bill Calko added a goal in the second period. Mitch Allan scored twice in the third period and Tremblay added his second of the game.
Jake Fenske scored the lone goal for Spine & Sport.
ACT 6 Alexandra Mosher 7
Alexandra Mosher defeated ACT 7–6 in a shootout.
Moad Fahmi scored twice and Chris Hodgson added a goal to give Alexandra Mosher a 3–0 lead before ACT responded with goals from James Amaral and Chris Jackson to make it 3–2 after the first period.
ACT scored three goals in the second period through Amaral, Samuel Vieira and Anthony Kapsimalis while holding Alexandra Mosher scoreless to take a 5–3 lead.
Chris Jackson scored for ACT in the third period, while Matt Mcphail scored twice and Brett Shirreffs added a goal for Alexandra Mosher to tie the game 6–6.
After a scoreless overtime, Shirreffs scored the deciding goal in the shootout to give Alexandra Mosher the 7–6 win.
