The Bermuda Monetary Authority in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 42[1][a] of the Insurance Act 1978,

[the “Act”], hereby cancels, at the request of the Company listed below,

the respective Insurance Broker registration granted

to the said Company under the Act, effective 28th June 2024:-

Notices of Hearing-Liquor Licensing Authority Special Session

The Chairman of the Liquor Licensing Authority, in compliance with the requirement of Section 7 of the Liquor Licence Act 1974 gives the following notice:

A Special Session of The Liquor Licensing Authority will be held on the 8th day of August, 2024, via video link, at 12.30 p.m. to hear the application for the grant of the following annual licences:

Any person ordinarily resident in the Parish or any owner or occupier of any property in any other Parish lying within three hundred yards of the premises in respect of which this application is made may object to the grant of the license provided written notice containing, in general terms, the grounds of the objection is served on The Chairman of The Liquor Licensing Authority, The Commissioner of Police and The Applicant not less than three days before the hearing. Finally, if you are called to a hearing the Clerk will contact you.

Notice is hereby given that a Petition for the winding up of the above-named Company by the Supreme Court of Bermuda was, on the 13th day of December 2011 presented to the said Court by the Company, Thistle House, 4 Burnaby Street, Hamilton, HM 11, Bermuda.

AND that the said Petition was heard before the Court on the 16th December 2011 and is directed to be heard before the Court again at 10.00 am on the 9th day of August 2024 and any creditor or contributor of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
