Re: Integrated Resource Plan Proposal Invitation to Comment and Request for Bulk Generation Proposals
Pursuant to Section 42 of the Electricity Act 2016, the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda [RA] hereby accepts the Integrated Resource Plan Proposal [IRP Proposal] submitted by Bermuda Electric Light Company Ltd. on 9 May 2024. The RA invites the public to review and comment on the IRP Proposal by the deadline set out in the Invitation to Comment Document which can be found at https://www.ra.bm/consultations/consultations-directory. The RA also requests the submission of proposals for bulk generation or demand side resources which meet the guidelines and criteria set out in the Invitation to Comment Document which can be found at https://www.ra.bm/consultations/consultations-directory. The deadline for submission is 30 September 2024. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
